Help Our Gardens Grow
Volunteers play an important role in helping the Arboretum's growth. They assist us with planting and care of the gardens, maintenance of machinery and buildings, bookkeeping, leading tours, and so much more.
Those interested in volunteering need to fill out an application below and a staff member will be in touch with you soon! We are more than happy to discuss options for large and small groups, individuals, or corporate volunteer groups. We do provide options for completion of court-ordered community service. For this, we only offer those outside volunteer activities.
If you have questions please contact the office and check out the materials provided below.
Volunteering is way more fun with friends! We have a variety of teams for volunteers to serve on. Our heaviest need for volunteers is during the early spring months as we begin planting annuals in the gardens. As an all-outdoor facility, our need for volunteers significantly decreases from October through February.
